Dr. Võ Đức Duy received his bachelor degree in organic chemistry in 2007 from University of Natural Sciences at Hochiminh city, followed by master degree in 2008 and Ph.D degree in organic and medicinal chemistry in 2011 both from University of Rennes 1, France under the supervisor of Dr. Rene Gree. He did postdoc in medicinal chemistry and chemical biology with first Dr. Maria Duca at University of Nice, France from 2012-2014 and then with Prof. Mikael Elofsson at Umeå University, Sweden, from 2014-2016. After a short 8 months visit at Drug Discovery and Development (DDD) platform at Science for Life Laboratory (SciLifelab) at Uppsala University, he then obtained a researcher position in the lab of Prof. Jens Carlsson and Prof. Jan Kihlberg at Uppsala University. His interests are medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, drug discovery and development.
